The last column on certain reports is cut in half vertically.... A good example of this is the agent performance report template. When I view this report, the last column has all zeroes, but you only see the left half of the zeroes. Reports with fewer columns are fine. It is showing in landscape mode and NOT portrait mode already. I have been told by others that they have seen this but nobody knows of a fix. My workaround right now is to export my ad-hoc reports to pdf and print from there. Doing it that was makes the last column display properly.

Any ideas?

Hmmm, never noticed that before!

Do you have Crystal? You could make a copy of the report templates and change it by moving the columns that bit closer to each other (or by deleting unwanted columns).

The report names are:
im-agt1.rpt
dm-agt1.rpt
wm-agt1.rpt
mm-agt1.rpt

You then reimport the template (for each timeframe - interval, day, week, month). The view name to use when importing is nAgentPerformanceStat (case sensitive, where n = i (interval),d (day),w (week),m (month) as appropriate)

I don't have crystal but thank you for the advice in case any of my customers do..... Are you saying that you see the same problem when you run the report or that you haven't had the same issue when you say "haven't noticed that before"?

Thanks
Rob

Rob, I meant it also happens to me too.

Are you on 4.2 (we are)? Maybe it's fixed in the next version?

I have SCCS 5.0 and I find the same here. But Hi teekow my dropdown at export window does not show a PDF stuff to select. All it shows is excel and word doc.

My sites are both SCCS 5.0 w/SUS0603 and SWC4.5 w/SUS0604. When I choose export I get the options of crystal, Adobe (pdf),word, excel, and a couple others I don't recall. Do you have adobe loaded on your client machine?

a possible cause could be :
Incompatibilities between the standard Crystal Reports runtime engine and certain printer drivers.
Remove and replace the Windows default printer driver.
