Swapping two SLT or two MLDT....

Try CHA STEN.
You can move stations to unassigned ports, but not simply swap them. If you are looking to swap two locations, you need a third unassigned port. Move ST 1 on EN 1 to unassigned EN 2, move ST 3 on EN 3 to now unassigned EN 1, move ST 1 on EN 2 to now unassigned EN 3.
If you are on site, experience suggests it's much easier to swap the cross-connect.
