I currently have two hard drives, C and D.
Is there a way i can swap the letters around so D becomes C and C becomes D. If i can do this, how can i then make the computer boot windows from D.

C was the first hard drive that came with the computer containing the operating system and everything else, 10gig.
D is a new hard drive for more space, 80gig.
I want to copy 'Program Files' and 'My Documents' over to the D drive, so rather than all the shortcuts to files in these folders being invalid, i thought it would be easier to swap the letters of the C and D drives. -how would i do this?
But if i left the operating system on the original C drive, which would then become the D drive, how would i make sure it is booting from D:\Windows?

hmmmm
you can't just copy the "Program Files" to D and expect it to work
you can copy "My Documents"

what you can do is to ghost c to d and play around with different partition created in D to see how best fits ya
