to see if I can remember correctly
i need to take the main greeting and add the holiday greeting
go to the sdn table, click on the sdn table
which is 0 for operator to open the sdn
and click done on the application box
thats shows all the app name , choose the application i want to be the main annoucement for the holiday
the click save, so when outside users call they get the holiday greeting.
I hope this makes sense...
