Swap out phone

This is probably very easy, but I am having some trouble figuring it out.

We have a phone that is dying and it needs to be swapped out with another phone. When we move phones the extension stays with the phone. How do I move the old extension to the new phone?

Put the sets back the way they were. Go into System Programming/Feature Settings/Set Relocation. Set that to NO. Release from Programming and then replace your phone. Put Set Relocation back to YES is desired.
