swap issue

WHY IT SAY NO SWAP DEVICES CONFIGURED.....IS MY SYSTEM OK....AS IS....

What you see as "swap" is virtual memory. As you don't have a swap device, it's RAM. I think your /dev/md/dsk/d1 should be your swap device, maybe there's a typo in your /etc/vfstab.
Try to find out, what /dev/md/dsk/d1 really should do.
