swap extensions in OTM2.0 option11c 1

is it possible to swap extensions using the swap feature in the OTM2.0 software.

like if 2 people want to switch offices.
what does the swap feature do in OTM?

disu each set, move set a to vacant loc, mov set b to tn of a mov orig set a (now at a spare tn) to orig tn for b. the vacant tn is now vacant again and the people can move. only takes 3 min without otm, i do it with a script file, but it is a very short command set. be sure to disable each set before you move it. and don't even dream of it if they are acd phones... that will burn you...

Hi,

You can't just swap DN's with OTM.

With the swap option of OTM you can swap 2 complete TN's. So set A moves to set B and B to A.

OTM first removes both sets and recreates them at there new TN.

I have used it multiple times and it works just fine. I have never worked with a swap group, but i suppose it works like it's documented.
