SVMON error

I have an error when excecute svmon please help.
#svmon
sysconfig: (SYS_SINGLELOAD) Error loading Performance VMM statistics kernel extension.
Could not load program /usr/lib/drivers/perfvmmstat.mp:

I am ruuning 5300-03
#lslpp -lI perfagent.tools

Verify that you have bos.perf.perfstat installed.

lslpp -L bos.perf.perfstat

I also try rmss -p --> Same error
