SVMi-20E Login Reset - HEEEELLLPPP!

Hello!

I've got a colleague who needs to reset the login details on a Samsung SVMi-20E.
Does anyone know how to do it?

I've got the 7200 CD with some SVMi software on it, if that's any help?

I've got a defaulted one and if push comes to shove I can just mirror the HDD of that one, onto the locked on - but I'd rather not do that.

I take it you mean logging-on to the system as a whole, not just a specific mailbox?

Just accessing the SVMI-20E.

Think he just wants to do a factory reset on it, can't seem to find any details listed on how to do it.

Unfortunately I think you may have to contact your installer and have them contact Samsung for this.
