SVM not working - KX-TDA15 system

Can anyone tell me why our SVM might not be working.

We have a group mailbox on a floating extension, and I also have a personal mailbox for my extension. But neither of them appear to be active, even though they both have recorded messages on them.

Do I need to do something else to activate the SVM system?

I had omitted to set the intercept for on no answer / on busy to the SVM card! But thanks for your suggestion.
