SV9500 UCD busy announcement question

Hi everyone,
We have an UCD group with 4 NEC DT800 IP extensions, my client need to hear busy announcement(eg: We are sorry, the line are busy now, pls....) if all extensions in this UCD group are busy (or hear anoucenment instead of ring tone when incoming call to UCD). We bought 1 DAT trunk card in our system and using ISDN PRI trunk line. Can we deployt this feature with DAT card and ISDN trunk (not buy VS32 and have no voicemail)?

You should be able to to this. You still program a route and trunk and set it up in AUAD. You also need access codes in ASPA, SIDA 66 and 68 to record and listen to recording on the DAT card. Been a while but after you enter the access code programmed in ASPA if I remember correctly you would enter the route and trunk number 001001 would be route one trunk one, look at D-31 Delay Announcement in the DPM manual for the programming steps.
