SV9500 SIP connection to Voalte System

Property is implementing Voalte Nursecall system and want to connect via SIP trunking from the Voalte to NECsv9500. Do we need an SIP-MG? SIP-MG seems to be used for connecting to telco rather than another PBX. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

We have multiple MG-SIPs that we connect to different SIP Servers. One of the servers is a Brekeke SIP Server for the Raulund Borg Nurse Call system.
The sip_server field is populated with the Brekeke SIP Server host address.
