SV9300 to SPA122 will not register

copied and modified from another thread, we have programmed the PABX as follows

Programming example
CM 1001>0043>EEC000 Assign the SIP converter number to the Virtual Port number for SIP station
CM 1004>000>764 Assign the SIP station number
CM 1D14>764>0 Set the SIP station to PHS
CM 1D15>764>05 Set the terminal type to IP single line SIP
CM 1202>764>10 Set the SIP station to an unused Service restriction class
CM 15123>10> 0 Specify Calling Name Display-IP Single Line is allowed
CM 2B00>764>1234 Assign password to the SIP station


does anyone have a guide on how the SPA122 should be configured to succesfully register to the SV9300

hmmm, still not getting anywhere

is there some command under CMD 08 that i should have considered


also CMD1290 gives an data error if I try to look up the MAC address - I thought I might be able to enter it manually and make the system register via MAC address,

Is this the very first Standard SIP phone you've programmed into the SV8300?

If so, a System Reset is REQUIRED.

CM1001 (Assign the SIP Converter Numbers - RESET REQUIRED)
1st Data = xxxx : IP Terminal Port (0000-2047)
2nd Data = EECzzz : zzz = SIP Converter Number (000-127)

NEAX, it is on a SV9300, and last night i added another STD SIP acct but it didnt appear to need a RESET

I have also successfully connected to both the SIP accounts using XLIte andmade inbiund and outbound calls, so from that I presume the 9300 is set up correctly.

It is now trying to work our why the SPA122 will not register

Possible to create wireshark trace and MP-FP trace ?

We may understand what is going on , by some traces , Can you attach?
