Does anyone know what command adds the "user agent" in the SIP header when the SV9300 is sending register requests? I have a system where the provider changed something and now I keep getting 401 reject messages when trying to register the SIP trunk. The provider insists that we need to send the "user agent" in the SIP header. Whats funny is that the SIP trunk works for one our without this both incoming and outgoing but after 1 hour it fails and only a restart of the NEC will make it work again for incoming calls....for 1 hour.

It is currently set to 1, p-preferred-identity. I will try it with 0 asserted-identy but I have this on some other systems and it does not add the user-agent part of the header.

Edit. Didn't make a difference unfortunately
