Dear Colleagues,
I am having a challenge with the address book on SV9300 for the internal address book.
I have allocated the 1000-slot memory block in CMD 73
I then assigned the extension number and name in command 74 for the memory block 01-01,02-02 and so on.
the challenge i now have is that when I view the address book from the phone, I can only view 10 names only and not all the.
Unless there is a config that i missed.
Thanking you in advance.
Rgds,

Cleophas

Dear Belevedere,

May you please recive the attached document that shows what I did, using the GUI.
I hope it will help.

Or maybe you can assist me with the step by step procedure of enabling the address book so that every Admin user can use it.

Thanking you in advance
Best Rgds,

Cleophas.

The GUI is not very helpful. I usually use command line to assign memory.
See the following example, 30 speed dial buffers for extensions 300, 301, 20 for extension 302, 40 for extension 303.
CMD 73>300>0000030
73>301>0003030
73>302>0006020
73>303>0008040
Trick, add the second digit from the right to the 4 digit from the right to get to the next unshared block of buffers.
The next one would be 00120X0
An entry of 003020 then 004020 would share the last 10 buffers and first 10 buffers between two extensions.
