SV9100 voicemails not going to emails

I am having a problem with the phone system not sending voicemail to email. This is the current error that I am getting. I can't find anything online on how to fix it.

Assuming your settings in 47-18 are correct, make sure the data for 90-11 is entered and you have a valid dns address entered in 90-11 and 10-12-13 / 14.

Re-test.

You need to show the whole VMUAID dump. That message is on every one.
