Good day,
We received reports of calls getting accidentally diverted to 3, 6 or 0.
Observations:
- If we call Ext.5006 and while ringing we accidentally or intentionally press any single digit extension 6, 2 , 0 , 7 the call will then go to that single digit extension and not 5006. This comes unnoticed at most times when the caller is in a hurry accidentally typing 50066 at times by accident.
Solution:
- is there a way to prevent the phones from dialing another number when already trying to connect(Ringing) to an existing one? If there is such settings please inform us so we can apply…
Example:
Dialing 5006 OK already ringing….
Pressing 6, 2, 0, or 7 or other extension will do nothing.
Your help is very much appreciated.
