I've had some issues with a non-certified vendor and their lack of support, so am now looking toward using a certified vendor. Lesson learned. With that said, is there any SIP providers with the SV9100 that is preferred over the other certified vendors? I have found a few guides online in configuring SIP trunks, so have an idea of what to expect. Can anyone offer insight and possibly even a cheat sheet for what vendor they prefer? Any pros, or cons?

Thanks!!

Thanks jsaad. Is the Univerge Blue SIP trunk also known as NEC Cloud Communications Inc?

And thanks belevedere -- I've got the certified vendor list, but I've had some bad experiences with a few. I'm specifically looking for personal experience with specific certified vendors.

Spectrum doesn't show as approved for the SV9100 on the Certified list. Intermedia isn't listed. But I've found SIP configuration guides for both. Just to double check, you have had success on the SV9100?

Thanks, you are awesome!!! I got the trunks online today, with a few changes from the listed instructions. Test calls, both outbound and inbound, have been successful. This is mostly because of you, belevedere, so thank you, thank you, thank you.

I had to input the IP addresses in 10-29-03 and 10-29-06, as provided by Intermedia. Some of the notable changes were enabling IP assignment in 10-29, changing 10-29-05 to Manual, even though Intermedia's SV9100 guide says NONE. As you mentioned, I did have a different URL for the SIP trunks, such as in 10-29-13, but that was provided by Intermedia. Lastly, on 84-34, I had to make the change on SIP trunks (03) instead of 01 / H323Trunk. Along with using 110 in 84-34. In any event, you're doc was basically my Bible. I used the Intermedia SV9100 doc linked above, and also their SV8100 doc for reference.

Now I'm just configuring call flows and all that jazz. Thanks again.
