This is what they want. After hours, reception manually puts system into night mode. They have an 800 number that they would like to ring a handful of sets after hours, then if not answered, return to reception/general delivery. How??? Thanks in advance. This is PRI, InMail.

You could set your night mode for the 800 # to go to a virtual that has a group mailbox as its mailbox.. ie vrt ext 205 - set the group box for 205. Then have it ring the virtual for a while then no answer to voicemail. Once inside voicemail you can set it to go to reception as the timeout.
Setup the GROUP MAILBOX in 47-03 make sure to assign it as ROUTING and give it a routing box number. Then in 47-08, you can set the DIAL ACTION TABLE you want to use and change the TIMEOUT time from 5 secs to 0 secs. Go to your dial action table and set the timeout option for the receptionist ext # as a REC 1 if you want the caller to hear the message in the recpt box or use REC 2 if you want to just have it beep once and start recording. Lastly, Record 1 sec of silence as the greeting.

Hopefully this isn't confusing. I this would work, I just may not be explaining exactly right.
