SV9100 Routing Mailbox 005 transfers to 001 before recording finishes 1

Hello,

I'm setting up some additional routing mailboxes 005 and 006. I recorded the same message for each mailbox in order to test but what is happening is 006 plays the entire message, then there is a few seconds of silence and then the recording for mailbox 001 plays. 005 on the other hand only plays about 12-15 seconds of the recording, then cuts out, a few seconds of silence and then the recording for mailbox 001 plays. Is there a CMD that controls the duration or timeout of the routing mailboxes?

I'm also not sure why both of them are transferring to mailbox 001 but I would like to break/change that behavior.

MB 47-08 has the time out setting. Also check which dial action table 005 and 006 are using and see what is assigned for the time out. It looks like one is set to a GOTO 001.
 
Thanks Belevedere! That was it! I have one more silly question if you don't mind. I messed something up in this programming process and not sure how...

My extension has the System Administrator (47-02-12) checked. I'm working remotely so I access the InMail remotely by calling into the phone system and pressing #, 334, "security code". A message or greeting starts playing but it is not the greeting I recorded for my mailbox. It is the greeting I recorded for routing mailbox 005 but I have no idea how I got it associated with my mailbox nor do I know how to fix/remove it. If I press 0, 4, it tells me Greeting one is active and if I select 1 and then 5 to listen, it is the message I recorded for my mailbox, not the message I recorded for routing mailbox 005.
 
Check to see if the override box was activated in 47-11. It should be unchecked.
Check to see if you hear the 005 message when anyone logs into their VM. If so dial 713 + 3 to clear it out.
See if the LCD shows anything new.
If you can, post or type in your settings in 47-10/11/12/08/13
 
Hi Belevedere! So visually, the LCD screen on my phone looks normal. No lights or anything different on the display. I am administering this remotely so I am not sure about if the 005 message plays for other users. I'll need to get someone to give up their code tomorrow for me to test. I do know that I cleared all greetings for 005 yet it still plays for my mailbox. The 713 + 3, is that from a station or when dialed into my mailbox remotely? Pictures attached below. The 713 code is dialed form ICM dial tone. It is a feature code.
Your data listed is incomplete. I need to see the data in answer table 2 in 47-12 since it is referenced in 47-11 with the 005 message. Also I need to see the data in dial action table 2 since that is being referenced from 47-08.
 
Hello Belevedere! Happy Friday. I setup another security code on a mailbox and dialed in and the same message played that plays on my mailbox. I have not tried dialing 713 + 3 from a station yet. Should I? I've attached the missing info that you requested. My apologies for missing that.

Hello Belevedere,

Found the issue, somehow I recorded a Mailbox Announcement Message. I cleared it by using VMsg, *72 + 4, 3 and turned it off. When I tried feature code 713, it asked for a mailbox and I wasn't sure what to enter. Thank you again for your help/support.
