thanks @belverdere, however the picture I have attached do I have sufficient licences to achieve remote conference?

You have 1 remote CNF license which means you can have only 1 CNF at a time. If you wish to have 2 or more simultaneous remote conferences then you would need more licenses.

Do you know why i get busy when i try and initiate a remote conference?

11-19-01 must be set = pilot number
COS 20-13-46, set to allow = default setting

Joining a Remote Conference Call:
1. Internal Party: Lift the handset and dial the extension number of the Remote Conference pilot
number (assigned in Program 11-19-01).
- OR -
External Party: Dial the telephone number for the Remote Conference pilot number (assigned in
Program 11-19-01).
2. If enabled, the system prompts for a password.
3. Dial the conference group password.
4. If the correct password is entered the caller is added to the Remote Conference. If the wrong
password is entered a warning tone is heard and you must hang up and dial back into the
conference pilot.
At what point do you get a busy tone?

when i dial the ddi number, which i know works because the trial licence allows the use of remote conference on the same number.
