Hi Guys

We have a customer wanting a system that can have 2 different WAN connections for resiliency
We would be looking at setting one SIP trunk account over one WAN and another SIP trunk account over a different WAN.
Both WANs would be connected to the same firewall (Draytek 2862).

Is this possible on the SV9100?

The system can only have 1 WAN address. It can have multiple SIP carrier addresses.

You might be able to accomplish this with either a better router with stateful failover or 2 NEC SV9100 running Netlink set to 2 different WAN addresses on a local LAN.

If you get inventive, this may possible (feel free to correct me folks). There is an ethernet switch card for the 9100 so using that and spanning tree on your network it would theoretically be possible to build in redundancy of links with the network but the failover to another wan would ultimately be the responsibility of the router so you would still have a single point of failure that could bring down the link in that respect. However you can also use multiple gateways for different services so if you have built redundancy into the network, you could have another carrier via a different gateway on the one LAN.
