So this is the only phone that seems to do this. When another phone in the school dials the phone, it should do the intercom but it just rings instead. Checking the webprogramming of the extension seems to be the same as all other phones. Any ideas on how to fix this? the phones user acts like this is the biggest problem in the world so it would be nice to get them off my back.

Try dialing 721, (voice call) at that extension. 723 = ringing call.

Check MB 20-09-05. Then check what COS that phone is in, MB 20-06.
