Sometimes when users dial out, their caller ID comes across as the User ID from 10-36-00. (ECDSiP####) I haven't been able to replicate it by dialing from my line to my cell phone, but if the system calls me for an alert or voice mail I will see the ECDSiP####. One of our users said a customer saw it yesterday and didn't pick up because they didn't recognize it. Any ideas? Thanks!
