Where can I find this?

I'm on vacation this week, so I'm trying not to invest much time in logging in and searching for it, so any help is appreciated.

One of my techs forgot to provide me the MAC so I can reserve the IP address, and I'm trying to avoid an IP conflict.

Thanks in advance!

Go to any digital phone and press "Feature" then "3".
It should display the MAC address for about 5 seconds.

Don't forget if you have a voip board installed then you will have an IP address for that also.

What about remotely? I'm not making any site visits as I'm off this week, but am really trying to prevent an IP conflict as the IP they used is in the range of addresses that will eventually get handed out.

I have the IP addresses of both cards, no problem. I just need the MAC address to reserve it on my DHCP server.

Sorry, I misunderstood.
If you have access via WebPro then you can click on "System Configuration" and it will be on the next screen in the lower left-hand corner.

Wow, I'm super blind. I knew it was accessible via WebPro and I kept going through each option...lol. Thanks.

In my search through the manuals, I found out about the DIM access. I notice the instruction set only mentions a crossover cable. Do you know if accessing the DIM is doable if the unit is online, via the network?

I believe you can access DIM if the 9100 is on the network but only if it's connected to the ethernet port.

I don't think DIM is available through the VoIP port.

I don't know a lot about DIM but we were showing 2 IP collisions per minute and accessing it got me some info that helped stop the collisions (that weren't actually happening.)

I'll pull one of our test systems apart later but I'm pretty sure the VoIP card doesn't have a MAC address.

It doesn't have a "real" MAC, but a phantom one. It's usually a character off from CP10s MAC. I can have a user step through Feature + 4 to get it for me, but I need to collect this at each of my sites and wanted to save some time. The more work I can do behind the scenes, the better.

Thanks though!! No need to tear apart the unit.
