SV9100 License

Has anyone ever had an SV9100 loose the licenses? I had to reload them. The
system is current on the software. 12.0.50. Also form 84-26 defaulted.

I have seen that happen on occasion on the SL2100 system. Very similar to the SV9100.

I have had that happen to me on the SV9100 S and E systems a few times using the Version 11.XX software. The only fix for me was a factory default to the equipment. It was reported to NEC but no other cases were reported to NTAC at that time.
