What are people using for an email provider for email notifications for InMail?

Customer was using a GoDaddy IMAP account but GoDaddy recently migrated all users over to Outlook 365 - Microsoft Exchange and there seems to be no way to get InMail to log into the Outlook 365 account.

We looked at creating a Gmail account but Google is stopping the "access to less secure apps" at the end of May 2022 so that will stop working too.

Recommendations?

I personally run a local mail relay (small Linux virtual machine with Postfix). I then point various devices to it including the SV9100, printers (for scan to email etc) and more.

My mail relay currently then sends all outbound messages to Amazon SES which is responsible for delivery to the end host.

In your circumstance assuming you have access to the Office365 and Exchange admin consoles I'd have a look at this article:

It describes an MFC but could also be applied to the SV9100.

The above can also be used in conjunction with a Postfix relay.

Are you guys aware of 10-12-20 which was added to help with the need to get around these issues?

SMTP relay should make it work.
