I would like to run the hotel guest Voice Mail on the In-Mail installed and Admin phones are now using. I never used In-Mail for hotel so I'm looking for so help. Do I just build a mailbox for each guest room? Check In/Out message from PMS system to 9100 CPU will give status and clear guest room Mailboxes of messages? I of course would set the extension to hotel in the hotel set up.
Below is a reply to a previous answer to a question about PVA and PMS in an SV8100.
"You only need the PMS PVA card if you want to run the UM8000 voicemail as a part of it. If your running the InMail or the like you only need the Hotel license. We have lots of hotels on SV8100 running PMS with not a PVA cards in site"
