SV9100 Delayed VRS/DISA

G'day Fellas,

I have been pulling out my hair over this I have set up a delayed VRS / DISA on an SV9100 and an SV8100. Hope you can help. I have it ringing in on IRG 1 for 10 seconds. VRS message 1 kicks in & if I dial 8 it goes to a voicemail box, if I dial nothing it rings IRG 1 for 20 seconds, then it hangs up.

What the customer wants is for it to ring IRG 1 for 20 seconds after the end of the message then play VRS message 1 again allowing them to dial 8 to leave a message after which time it rings IRG 1 for another 20 seconds before disconnecting.

Can anyone set me straight on how to loop the call back around?
 
If you are looking to extend the timer before the VRS answers, look at MB22-01-11.
