Anybody have issues upgrading CP10s lately?

I had one a week or two ago that failed the upload via WebPro and had to reboot the system and then completed the upgrade via PcPro. This was V9 to V11

Now today, I attempted to upgrade from V10.63.50 to 11.00.50 and now have a boat anchor. I attempted the upgrade via WebPro as I have done dozens of time in the past. The file uploaded and I received the message that the upload was successful but the system did not reboot. I waited about 10 minutes and then logged into WebPro and tried to do a 2nd Initialization but the system still would not reboot. The system was then powered down and now will not restart. NTAC had me delete the license file off the SD card and then try a factory reset but nothing. Lights 10 100 1G and A are all lit solid and the four on the bottom are flashing simultaneously.

NTAC said "that shouldn't have happened, you'll have to replace the CPU". No kidding [flame] Now to try to track down a CP20 and hopefully not have to wait months to get one.

Have you tried an update from USB? I have heard of this working when all else has failed but it is a longshot.

I wonder if a boot with all cards removed, including the IPLE, might help? Just a CPU with the SD installed.

Maybe the SD card got corrupted?
