SV9100 CP10 Intermittent no outbound with SIP trunks

Hope someone can help. I have a customer with a NEC SV9100, Velo cloud and 12 SIP trunks to Edge communications. We are using static registration and using 10-23 for outbound. Inbound works every time, but outbound fails every few hours. I feel the trouble is in the Velo cloud, but I am open to suggestions. When Edge rejects the call they are seeing my Invite coming form port 5001 or 5005, but I am defiantly sending the Invite on 5060. See attached pic.

I just had this same scenario. My solution was that I found more trunks defined in the SV9100 than enabled in the SIP carrier. I did not run any captures so I do not know if it is the same issue with the ports.
