Hi all. I have a specific question - is there any way to have the auto-attendant quickly answer a CO trunk? No matter what I try I get 2 rings before the auto-attendant answers - can I shorten this?
I've tried DIL to 3999 / DIL to a virtual forwarded to 3999 / Normal to ring group 102 / trunk is set for Immediate Ring / Caller ID wait time is 1 / running out of ideas...
