In our office setting, we have users who answer a specific persons phone if they aren't at their desk...not in a call pickup group, but we have these setup as Virtual Extension keys so they flash when the other phone is ringing and they can simply press it and answer their phone. Is it possible to have it be a Speed Dial button as well to press and call that persons phone? Or do you need a separate DSS key programmed for that purpose?
