sv9100 call Fwd to VExt. then VM.

You may have covered this before.
I am trying to program -
Incoming calls to routing mailbox.
Routing mailbox dial action table selection to Ext 112.
112 callFWD NA to Virtual Ext 212.
212 callFWD NA to Virtual Ext 201.
201 callFWD NA to MBox 203 to leave a message.

All works up to callFWD NA to MBox 203 to leave a message.
The mailbox 203 works fine when adressed directly from the dial action table or dialed directly.

Is it possible or does the calls abillity for voice mail get lost with the Virtuals.

Everything looks back to the first extension in the INMAIL. You would be better served transferring to 203 initially making 112 ring that way your messages end up in 203.

Thanks for the reply.
the actual layout is a bit more complex than the path I described.
VM 203 is also Night Mailbox.
In the dial action table there are 4 options that Call FWD route through a similar No. of virtuals as I described.
All the call Fwd Paths direct to VE201 as a last resort ring group before VM203.

Maybe I could have an option in the Dial action table to leave a message.
Is there a way to return to the incoming call message after several VE Call Fwd's.

There are always ways to make it work. It's a logic issue. You always need to remember first number will be used as routing to a mailbox. So, lets say you make 203 a VE that rings 112 and then did a CFNA/B to another VE group as long as the last VE group goes to the VM pilot number the calls will dump in 203.
