Anybody any experience with this as I have been tasked with doing it and NEC are not exactly being helpful!

@coral tech I am told it is a full integration with teams Via the BX SBC and should allow users to connect to the SV9100 as if they are extensions and use the trunk connections and connect to extensions!

Ok so a bit of an update, we will be moving our sip trunks to interface with the SBC and then using it to route between the NEC, SIP and Teams! Seems to me we are just bolting the NEC onto a teams, SBC, SIP arrangement! it was proposed to me that the SV9100 would be the controlling party in this but it begins to seem otherwise.

I am beginning to question the benefit in doing this!

Dear ozzieGeorge,

Have you succeeded in integrating NEC SV9100 with Teams through a certified SBC? I have the same task and we receive incoming calls from TEAMS to our e tensions, however we can’t implement to forward calls incoming from ISDN PRI to SIP TRUNK with SBC and TEAMS.

ANY suggestions would be appreciated.

No the Christmas/New Year break got in the way. I am to do some more work on it tomorrow actually, we have determined that we need to update the firmware of the SBC and we had to re do the certificate and DNS listing so I will be loading that tomorrow too. I am however still waiting on management to sort out the licensing in teams but with the business currently running on 3CX there is little incentive to move quickly.

It seems to me that anything to do with an SBC is a bit like pulling teeth!
