I have gone into 13-4 and entered the phone number to be blocked. I've changed the transfer to internal and pointed to x112. I had to add x112 to the numbering plan to have an extension not in use because all IP licenses are in use. I have tried x112, a virtual and a SLI as the target and the call is still not blocked. I don't have a mac address on the IP extension x112. Any ideas?
Thank you

Hello BattmanKC,

Note the size of the speed dial table in 13-01-03 (You must use 000-999, 1000-9999 will not work)
13-04-01: Enter the incoming caller ID -- 1112223333
Note what Speed Dial Bin is used. Is it available in 13-01-03?
13-04-02: Name is not necessary
13-04-03: Transfer Mode = Internal Dial
13-04-04: The internal number to which the call is to be transferred:

a. The Destination number must be a valid ext, not a bogus extension.
b. An extension
c. A voicemail box

Don't worry about 13-02-01/22-16-01

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the guidance. Those all check out. I've tried a working extension as the target and and also a new extension fwd to a voicemail box. The DID continues to ring when calling from the blocked number.
