Hello , All
Working on a site that they want to add and change Hot Lines from 4 digits to 3 plus Star, But found already
a 199* =199 Star which goes direct to Acd Route 60 and intermittently plays Announcements 1 = 12 .
Can't find 199* in Dial Plan or in access codes also no Code for Play Announcement's or record think they changed them.
They say that ACD no longer used.Any help or suggestion on how to find this 199* also found 199# works the same.!

Perform some list outs.
LSPA
LSPAL
LNPD
LNPDL
include all digits 0-9, *, #

Well I did mean 4 digits just didn't state it 199* AND 199# take you to same Route and Announcement check so far all Commands given but still checking very strange this is so far still looking for 199* or 199# go to same route 60
when trying to assign in ASDT GET ERROR in ASDT.SET 01:0205
Numbering Plan Mismatch. But just ran across the by chance just been on this site for 2 Months.

Thanks Everyone for the help will keep trying to find and post when I do, Bill

Only Found ACDN TN=1 DC= 199 CDN=4 remove it still dial 199* goes to RT 60 announcement message 12
LFRS 195,196,197,198 = LCR RT31
Check all Suggested from everybody can't find 199* or 199#
Did see 1*
Possible will check if 1* causing this!

Look at CMD = ASPA , TN=1 ( IF you have 1 Tenant ) DC = 199*OR 199# for Normal Service ~ This should provide your answer ,
