SV8500 CCIS Trunks wont Unbusy

I have programmed up a CCIS link on an 24CCTA card. Followed the manual to the T. IE- ARTD, ARSC, ARRC, ATRK, MBTK, ADPC, ACSC, ACIC1, ACIC2. Yet i still cannot get the channels to un-busy. Am i missing something? I have built other CCIS routes on this same PBX before without an issue.

Check your switch settings to start. The card should be in a 32 port slot if possible. If this is the first CCTA, then there is an assignment in ASYD for CCIS.
Index 186:
b6 must be assigned as 1 (CCIS is in service). The remaining data should be determined depending on customer’s
requirements.

This is my second CCIS so Index 186 B6 is set to 1. I checked the card settings and they are the same as the other CCIS route. The other PBX im connecting to an SV9500 i have that card programmed and all the trunks are idle. Not sure what im missing on the SV8500.

My suggestion is to build another route in another slot. Move the card and try it there. Possibly a slot issue, or maybe you mis-assigned something. By building another route you may catch an error made on the first one. The programming you listed looks correct, but without seeing list outs it's hard to diagnose.
