sv8400 Maid status going into Opera

Hi Phadobas if you still use this site

I'm struggling with my vendors to get the maid status updating Opera correctly.

I'm being told that the Sv8500 will only send 3 possible room status codes.

Is that how many you use? Opera would ideally like 8 or 9 for all the various combinations of clean, dirty, vacant, occupied, etc. but this PBX seems only to send 3.

rady to sell
out of service
repair needed

THanks. I can see and modify the interface setttings on the Opera side.

NEC are saying that their system can only send code '1', '2' or '3' and at the moment '3' isn't working for some reason.

I was wondering if that was Phadobas' understanding, ie that an SV8500 can only send 3 codes.
