The only time I saw that error was on an older NEC IVS system, and NTAC immediately replaced the CPU. In that system it was most likely a RAM/ROM hardware memory error. Since everything is now done on flash ROM you might consider reloading or upgrading the flash to the latest release. You are most likely at the point where you will need an authorized NEC vender to work with NEC NTAC on it. NEC does not readily release information on such failures.
