Hi Everyone,

I am new to the forum and new to NEC systems.

Problem is System is showing number busy to the second external incoming call.

I have created 3 Vitual line numbers.
Assigned then for incoming DID in 7601 and 7602.
Assigned 3 programmable keys on the 3 phones with the virtual line numbers.

1st call is working, but on second call it shows busy.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Be sure to set up a rollover virtual group
Example assign DID in 7601 and 7602 to 2100 if extension do not match DID
2100 Fwd busy to Virtual 3100, Fwd N/A to VM pilot.
3100 fwd busy to 4100, FWD N/A to VM Pilot
4100 Fwd busy /NA to VM pilot.

This will allow up to 3 callers at your phone and go No answer to VM if you choose.

@mitchell70,

Thank you for the reply back.

Just now I found out that I had created UCD Group instead of Hunt Group.

So instead of 170> I have added the Virtual Number in Hunt group 180>

And It is working now.

Thanks Again.
