SV8300 Caller ID Delay

Dear Frens,
i have sv8300 systems connected Analog Trunk lines with caller ID as Incoming call. i get the incoming call with caller ID, but if incase i restart the system caller id will not for may be 10 to 15 minutes, is this problem normal?or i am missing any parameter?

What Version of SV8300 are you running? I have not seen this but I have not installed any with Analog trunks only PRI T1's

Thanks for that info.
SV 8300 is of Version 4. upgraded from 3 to 4.
