Need Some SV8100 Voicemail Help on customer site now. Can anyone assist please??

I am not an nec person and inherited this customer. I have programmed the blades and the there extensions but having problems getting the inmail to work. Can you help me please?

Are thehones call forwarded to the voice mail pilot

That is a problem I am having a serious brain meltdown. I don't know how to set up the pilot number

Is this a new install or is there any phones that have voice mail already?

New install the previous tech wiped out the system and left

I'm on site myself trying to get an old NEAX ICS MAT working and no one is responding to my question. Find out what ports are set up for voice nail and then set up a hunt group fot those extensions. Do you have access to NEC NTAC. Thay all of the manuals to down load and an install guide for the inmail.

Thank you for the info, Have a problem with my pcpro now it is saying it is corrupt, can you help with that?

You need a newer copy of PcPro, it reports a corrupted database when you try to connect to a system that is at a later revision than the PcPro version knows.
