I have seen this issue on both SV8100's and SL1100's. I have a standard extension call forwarded no answer to voicemail. The user call forwards his extension to his cell phone. When he comes back into the office, he cancels the call forwarding to his cell phone. Now the extension is no longer call forwarded to voicemail.
I have one extension in my house system that when I cancel call forwarding, the extension goes back to forwarding to voicemail but I have no clue why. Anyone have any ideas?
