SV8100 SL1100 Call Forwarding

I have seen this issue on both SV8100's and SL1100's. I have a standard extension call forwarded no answer to voicemail. The user call forwards his extension to his cell phone. When he comes back into the office, he cancels the call forwarding to his cell phone. Now the extension is no longer call forwarded to voicemail.
I have one extension in my house system that when I cancel call forwarding, the extension goes back to forwarding to voicemail but I have no clue why. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Whats is probably happening is there call forward to voicemail was just a normal call forward so when they changed it to mobile it turns off the Voicemail forward.

You need a button called "79 - In-Skin Automated Attendant" with Add data to there voicemail number (extension number), this button rotates around Forward All, No Answer, Busy, Busy No Answer and Cancel. This works separate to the normal call forward.
