Hi,
I got SV8100 InMail with PRI (Bell)
And the caller-Id number inbound not showing on terminal phone extension.
The only we see is the Transferred from InMail>>>>> call
Every check is was done in:
14-01-22 check every channel
20-19-01 First 10 digits
The Bell PRI is:
7 Digits
Network exchange : NI1 (my Nec is NI2. Is work but is better id I put Standard?)
Numbering ISDN
Number Type: National
I have an SV9100 with Bell telco PRI and the SV is NI2 and caller-ID work fine..
Any ideas??

Yes the 20-09-02 Caller ID Display are check in Class of service 1 and 15.
All phones are in cos 1 and attendant receptionist is cos 15.

Yes Unscreened Transfer XXXX
in DAT

Look at 15-03 14 for your inmail ports. Also look in 20-02.

Have you also tried reset on phone system?

The 15-03-14 Calling Number set for alla
InMail Port
20-02-15 for Caller ID Info Display DSTU are Name and Number

Only things are not done is the resetting the PBX…..

One thing , the incoming call from inmail transfer to the 0 reception, the Caller ID is work. Same thing with receptionist station number. The COS class of service is 15 and other station are in 2. This COS 15 and 2 are identical…. For alls CID programming both…

Hello, yesterday I change the cos for 1 and the cid work. I returned to cos 2 and the cid finally work also!
Very weird but is working now!!!
Thanks you for helping
