SV8100 - Deactivate Page Tone on Handsets?

Does anyone know if it is possible to deactivate the page tone that the system emits over handset when doing a page to all handsets? A friend of mine recently had this system installed and called inquiring if it was possible. His vendor is telling him that they cannot get rid of the announcement tone when paging all handset.

Any feedback would be sincerely appreciated.

Yes you can disable it.

Look at Command 31-06-01 and 31-06-02.
