For years our SV8100 was fed from a T1 (TelePacific) utilizing a VOIP-to-analog conversion cable from the router. We recently switched to straight POTS lines (AT&T) and now have an intermittent/recurring problem where we can't hear callers on incoming calls but they can hear us. One or sometimes two callbacks are necessary for a successful connection.
Both our NEC vendor and AT&T have tackled this with no luck - any suggestions greatly appreciated.
