We are trying to get the Automated Attendant to transfer a call off site using the Central Office "Call Transfer" function that is on the phone lines. They system seems to always try to do a trunk to trunk transfer. Is there any way to get the system to generate a flash when one of the options in voice mail is selected, dial a number and disconnect so we can transfer the calls via the line feature, rather than using 2 trunks for the duration of the call? If so, could anyone provide details on how to do that?
