I am seeing a full port error on new DT700 extensions that I'm trying to register.

Existing system has 10 DT700's and 2 SIP extensions, working normally. We purchased an additional 12 DT700s and 14 new Advanced IP terminal licenses.

Phones are configuring just fine, but show "Full Port" once connected. If I delete one of the previously registered DT700s or SIP extensions, I can get the phone to register, but of course the deleted phone will then show Full Port on re-registering.

Relevant Hardware & Licensing:
[ul]
[li]ME50[/li]
[li]IPL B/32[/li]
[li]28 Advanced IP terminal licenses[/li]
[li]256 port upgrade license[/li]
[/ul]

We also have 64 MLT ports, 4 SLT ports, and 4 VM ports.

Trunking is done via PRI.

Software is 09.50

Am I missing some obvious licensing issue?

Thanks in advance for any help. Sys Config export from PCPro is attached.

Log in using PCPro. Download your database. On the home screen tab click on the icon at the top left that looks like a circuit card. Scroll down on the next screen and add up all of your assigned extensions and trunks. Next, go to the communications option, click on the feature activation option and note your licenses. Compare them to see if you are over your licensed limit. Do not forget any softphones.

Thanks for the response.

I'm looking at PCPro (SV8100 R10.0), but I'm not sure which icon you mean by circuit card. I'm assuming it's the "gear" one that shows the blade configuration and active extensions and trunks below it. I had already attached an export of that screen to the original post, and I've summarized the count below.

I did double check the debug console, and on trying to register a new IP phone, it's reporting that it's hitting up against the 256 port limit. I can't, however, add up how I'd get there.

I've got:[pre]
63 - MLT Extensions
01 - DSS Console
04 - SLT Extensions
12 - IP/SIP Extensions
04 - VM Extensions
16 - Virtual Extensions (though it shows 256 total, only 16 are assigned)
24 - PRI Trunks
124 - Total
[/pre]
As far as I can tell (and the debug console agrees with 256), that's not even half of the ports I have licensed. I'm not sure what's happened to the other 132 ports.

Unless it's something to do with the virtual extensions, but I didn't think they used ports. Even if they did - I'd assume just the assigned ones would.

VE's do not use port licenses. Are you using any MLC phones or softphone clients?
Your post does not show the licensing. Have you tried releasing the IP phones and re-registering?

Sorry - I listed my IP licenses in the OP - I've got 28 IP Terminal Advance (No. 5111). No MLCs or NEC Softphones, just the 2 3rd party SIP phones I mentioned in OP.

I have released and reregistered a couple, but I still hit the limit when I get back up to the 12 total IP devices.

The debug terminal is still showing "256 Port License OK( Limit 256Port )" every time a new DT700 or SIP extension tries to register.

Well I had some luck. It appears there were a bunch of registered SIP extensions on ports that no longer had extensions assigned to them. Cleared them by assigning extensions to these ports then deleting with 90-23-01 (from a handset, as these ports wouldn't show up in WebPro and I'm not sure how to access that command from PCPro).

I'm wondering if these extensions were somehow registered when installer originally set up the system, restoring a test system to speed up the work? Regardless, I'm able to register my DT700s again.

FYI..90-23-01 is accessible only through telephone programming.
